Donna Douglass Williams serves as the principal at Human Resolutions Consulting, a firm that provides advisory services on workplace conflict, including facilitation, training, mediation, coaching, and policy advice. Donna has over twenty years professional experience as an organizational ombudsperson, attorney, mediator, trainer and facilitator including with the Green Climate Fund, World Health Organization, United Nations, MD Anderson Cancer Center, and Georgia State University. Donna’s experience as a trainer, facilitator, and presenter includes work in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. She has worked as a consultant to private corporations, universities, government, non-profit agencies, and international organizations. She is a member of the International Ombudsman Association, the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR), the American Bar Association, and is a Certified Organizational Ombudsman Practitioner. Donna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Purdue University, and a law degree from the University of California, at Davis King Hall School of Law. Alongside the work she loves, Donna has been a competitive tennis player over forty years, and also enjoys travel, yoga, theatre, and spending time with family.
